Viewings
Every single viewing is accompanied and is carried out by an experienced and knowledgeable member of our lettings and property management team. They will ensure that your property is presented in the best possible way and will engage positively with all interested parties.
Referencing
Your property and your income from it are our priority. As such, all potential (non-student) tenants who apply to live in a property and are accepted in-principle, are subject to thorough credit, employment and residential referencing through an independent third-party tenant referencing agency. Only individuals who pass these checks will be permitted to enter into a tenancy through Livingstone.
Inventory
Having an accurate record of the condition of your property at the start of every tenancy gives you the peace of mind of knowing that any changes that happen during a tenancy can be properly measured. As such, for properties managed by Livingstone, we compile detailed photographic inventories at the start of every tenancy.
Inspections
Livingstone schedules regular inspections of our managed properties to make sure that they are being looked after.
