- Arrangement of gas & electrical safety certifications
- Arrangement of fire alarm testing (if required)

75% of a one month's rent plus VAT
For example, for a property that is rented at £800.00 pcm the fee would be £720.00 (i.e. £600 plus VAT @ 20%)
