Full Management for Professional / Family Properties

Full Management for Student Property Portfolios for 3 or more properties by negotiation

Tenant Find Only Service (Professional)

75% of a one months rent plus VAT
For example, for a property that is rented at £800.00 pcm the fee would be £720.00 (i.e. £600 plus VAT @ 20%)

Tenant Find Only Service (Student)

100% of a full months rent plus VAT
For example, a 3 bed student property rent at £1050.00 PCM the fee would be £1260.00

As well as paying the rent, you may be required to make the following permitted payments.

Deposits (1 month's rent, except for certain student properties which have a deposit of £300 per tenant);
Payments to change a tenancy agreement (eg. change of sharer £50);
Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlord's loss or agent's reasonable incurred costs);
Where required, utilities (electricity, gas or other fuel, water, sewerage), communications services (telephone, internet, cable / satellite television), TV Licence;
Council Tax (payable to the billing authority);
Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of England's annual percentage rate);
Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices;
Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement;
Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fee Act 2019 and regulations applicable at the relevant time.

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
